1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit this website, place an order, buy blank apparel, or order customised products from Inspayer. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” means Inspayer, and “you” means the customer placing an order through this website.

2. Products and Customisation

We sell blank apparel and customised items including clothing, caps, branded products and related merchandise. Product images are provided to show the style, colour and design as clearly as possible, but colours may vary slightly because screens and production materials can display colour differently.

For customised products, you are responsible for checking all artwork, text, spelling, colours, sizes, product choices and quantities before placing your order. We will produce the product based on the information and files you provide.

3. Pricing, VAT and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. VAT, where applicable, is calculated and shown before checkout. Delivery charges are also shown before payment is completed.

Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods provided. Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully completed and we have confirmed the order.

4. Bulk Pricing and Printing Charges

Some products may have quantity-based pricing. If your order quantity qualifies for a pricing tier, the applicable price will be calculated in the cart or checkout.

Printing and design charges are separate from the blank product price. Where a product is customised, print charges may apply per item and may vary depending on quantity, print side, print method or other production requirements.

5. Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or on screen. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean we are required to accept it if there is an error, payment issue, stock issue, artwork issue or pricing mistake.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and, where payment has been taken, arrange a refund for the unavailable item or order.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, artwork approval, production time, courier delays or circumstances outside our control. We will aim to dispatch your order within the times shown on the website or agreed with you.

You must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

For non-customised products bought online, consumers in the UK may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Customised, personalised, printed, embroidered, made-to-order or bespoke items cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have made an error.

If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. We may offer a repair, replacement, reprint, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances.

8. Artwork, Logos and Intellectual Property

By uploading or submitting artwork, logos, text, images or designs, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission from the rights owner. You agree not to upload anything unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing or harmful.

You remain responsible for any claim made against us because of artwork or content you supplied. We may refuse to print any artwork at our discretion.

9. Product Care

You must follow any care instructions supplied with your product. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, incorrect drying, ironing over prints, harsh chemicals, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care guidance.

10. Website Use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to access areas without permission, interfere with its security, upload malicious files, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Privacy

We will use your personal information to process orders, take payment, arrange delivery, provide customer support and manage our services. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly on this website.
